The Essence Life All life is energy...Without energy there is no life! We are filled with the vital energy of life...It buzzes in and through us continuously for our whole life. Whenever we talk about life, we talk about energy in one way or another! What is that life force or energy in us...I think it is the Great Eternal Spirit...The Universal One!
